(1) In the structural design of the controller, calculating the electromagnetic force acting on the controller winding solely based on statics cannot accurately reflect the various stresses endured during sudden short-circuit current impacts.

(2) Improper selection of conductors, prioritizing thermal performance while neglecting mechanical stress.

(3) Insufficient axial compression force on the winding.

(4) Inadequate fixing points for leads, unstable brackets, poor soldering of leads, etc.

(5) Insufficient support between the inner winding and the iron core column.

(6) Non-standard manufacturing processes and lax control during production.

It is recommended to ensure that the wire diameter of the power input line for the power voltage regulation and stabilization device corresponds to the current rating of the device's capacity.

Secondly, for the intelligent streetlight energy saver, the input power line should be connected to the input terminal of the power voltage regulation and stabilization device. It is advisable to follow the busbar color code: yellow for phase A, green for phase B, red for phase C. If using busbar tremors, the general practice is: yellow for phase A, green for phase B, red for phase C.

Thirdly, for dual-cabinet or multi-cabinet structured power voltage regulation and stabilization devices, it is recommended to connect the inter-cabinet busbars according to their colors, and other connections should be made according to their numbering.
